Saldari is built in Switzerland and hosts data on EU infrastructure. We process personal data in line with the EU GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG).

Who we are

Saldari ("we", "us") provides software that reconciles credit card transactions against receipts. For privacy questions, contact us at hello@saldari.io.

What we collect

Account & waitlist data: your name and email address when you join the early-access list or create an account.
Optional feedback: information you choose to share, such as your biggest reconciliation pain point.
Financial documents you upload: card statements and receipts, processed solely to perform reconciliation for you.
Usage data: basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the site is used.

How we use it

To provide and improve the service, to contact you about your account or early access, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your uploaded financial documents for advertising.

Where it is stored

On servers located in the European Union. Waitlist signups are currently processed through a GDPR-compliant form provider; uploaded financial data is processed on EU infrastructure.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. Email hello@saldari.io and we will respond within the timeframes required by law.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
